We are Federica and Thilo. Our roots are in Bardolino and Tübingen, but we met in England. Today, Bardolino is our home.
Local knowledge from a Bardolino winemaking family meets Thilo’s perspective as a photographer. We are happy to share our tips for restaurants, wineries and excursions. You can speak German, Italian or English with us.

When can we arrive?
Check-in is from 16:00 to 20:00; check-out is by 10:00. Please tell us your expected arrival time. If you would like to arrive later, contact us before booking.
How does parking work?
The private underground parking space is included and is approximately 200 m from the apartment. You can drive to the apartment to unload luggage until 18:00; please arrange your arrival with us in advance. After that time, this access is closed. The maximum entrance height is 2.20 m.
How many people can stay?
The apartment accommodates a maximum of two people and has one double bedroom. Cots and extra beds are not available. If you would like to travel with a child, please contact us before booking.
How quiet is the apartment?
You will be staying in the heart of the old town. You can hear the pizzeria below the apartment and life in the surrounding streets. The bedroom is quieter.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is three nights.
Are there stairs?
The apartment is on the second floor, reached by stairs only; there is no lift. An internal staircase connects its two levels.
Are pets, smoking or parties allowed?
Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment. Parties and events, including hen and stag parties, are not permitted.
What are the prices and cancellation terms?
€150–250 per night for the entire apartment, depending on the season. Minimum stay: 3 nights. A one-off final cleaning fee of €70 per stay and tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night are added. Your personal offer will include the total price, payment terms and cancellation conditions.
